Ladbrokes Poker is now part of the Microgaming Poker Network

Published by on February 18, 2009

Ladbrokes Poker made this week an important step by moving to the larger online poker network: Microgaming. This way the players from Ladbrokes Poker will have the opportunity to gain access to a larger player base, with a lot more high stakes action and a wider variety of poker games.

The Ladbrokes gaming manager stated the following things in the press release announcing the move: “Joining the Microgaming network will give our players more action on a wider variety of games, particularly at higher staking levels. Microgaming is a leading network and will offer Ladbrokes Poker players faster access to the games they want”.

Ladbrokes Poker managed to make this transition very easy for the players, since not many things have changed regarding the software. This way all the players will have access to the same software platform, which will allow them to have the same graphics and feel of the online poker rooms. This means that the 3D poker feature will still be available, and one of the major changes is going to be the fact that more poker variations will be available.

Right after this change is made, Ladbrokes Poker is going to offer some great and new poker promotions. This includes a multi million dollars promotions, where the leading 3,000 players of this online poker room will have to share a $1 million prize pool every month.
