Bodog.com domain name went back to Bodog

Published by on April 24, 2009

After a long legal battle, the domain name bodog.com ownership went back to the popular online gambling company Bodog, which is currently offering an online sportsbook, casino and poker room. This was a patent infringement lawsuit against 1st Technology LLC.

At the beginning when the bodog.com domain name was offline, Bodog switched their servers to a new domain name: thenewbodog.com, so that they could continue to operate their online business.

The online gambling company Bodog lost its domain name back in 2007, as a patent infringement lawsuit. Right after that they moved all their operations to a different domain name. Now thanks to the fact that this problem was solved, they are happy to officially announce that things will get back to normal. This way they will be able to continue to offer superior online gambling services, just like they managed to do so far.

Bodog is an online poker room that still accepts players from United States. He is now number 5 in the top online poker rooms that still accepts players from US, and the online statistics made by PokerScout.com are saying that on average during the last 7 days there were around 700 players at the poker tables.
